He is persistent and always follows up when he tells you he will. He does not forget to call and he will call you back again if you don’t return the call. And not in a way that is annoying, but in a kind professional manner. He has followed up with me for over 6 months now to get my home owners policy switched over & I finally made the time to get him the info he needed and I couldn’t be happier with the price & the additional benefits I got from switching to State Farm.
