"I do NOT recommend State Farm and I most assuredly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. I reached out to employees at this office multiple times over the course of two weeks and was given a specific date of July 15 being the last day that I can make a payment on my policy. I even called the morning of July 15 to confirm that that is the last day I can make a payment on my policy and was told yes and that I can make that payment in office in cash. I did just that, received a receipt and I was told I’m good to go. I got a phone call 20 minutes later being told that the last day was actually Sunday the 14th and that the policy is canceled and that any payment that they take in the form of cash may result in it being declined and I would have to wait weeks to receive a check to get my money back. Now someone explain to me how multiple people, not one not two not three … multiple people got the date wrong?! How does that happen? And the only thing I’m being offered is “So sorry about the miscommunication”. While in the office making my payment, I got to hear a conversation from another customer of who is yelling and screaming about late fees and how he’s not going to pay those because something was wrong. I don’t know what games these people in this office are playing very clearly they do not know what they are doing and they are 100% OK jeopardizing everyone else."
