"I initially received a five-star rating, but I had to change it to zero. In February, I purchased a homeowner's policy and underwent a home inspection. After signing all necessary paperwork, the payment for the policy was deducted from escrow. However, three months later, I was informed that my policy would be canceled due to the requirement for a new roof. This is particularly concerning, as the house had been inspected just three months prior, and the policy had already been paid for. If a new roof was necessary, I should not have been issued a policy in the first place. This situation reflects highly deceptive practices at this agency."

"There were quite a few issues getting my policy set, including my automatic payments, the discounts I was told I would receive, etc. it seemed like every month there was another challenge where I would get a cancellation notice in the mail for nonpayment because once again my auto pay was not input correctly. Although they have worked to remedy these issues, which I appreciate, it was definitely a very rough start."
