"I’d be glad to share the experience I’ve just received with State Farm. I’m a 36 year old man with a wonderful driving record. I am also a non-traditional student at Texas A&M working to get my degree in Horticultural Sciences. Students don’t make all that much money as those who have gone to college can testify including, I’m assuming, those who work as agents for State Farm. It’s a hard life, trying to better oneself, and it’s been a really long road. Yesterday I had to get my car towed which I believed was something that I had included. Well as it turns out I didn’t have it included. I thought “okay, it’s fine, I have a great driving record and if I call the next day (as yesterday was Sunday) they’ve got to be able to do something to help me out for being a loyal customer. That didn’t happen. I mean… it’s hard enough out here as it is. It was only $271 to y’all but I’m broke right now. Edit: I received a call from my the State Farm agent. I respect that I got a phone call and although nothing was really resolved, I did get the phone call and was explained legally why I couldn’t be refunded. I guess I didn’t have roadside assistance after all. I’ll take the fall for that, I’m an adult. I’ll probably add it, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will say, they do have lower quotes than almost anyone else. I’ll just have to make sure I don’t get into any accidents and keep up with my car so I don’t need to ask for anything, like I do with the rest of my neighbors 😂"
